TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Menteri Perindustrian Airlangga Hartarto mengatakan minyak goreng curah dilarang dijual ke pasaran. Sedangkan jual beli minyak curah dari pabrik ke pabrik masih diperbolehkan.
“Pabrik tidak boleh menjual langsung ke konsumen. Kalau mau dijual ke konsumen harus dalam kemasan,” kata Airlangga di kantor Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian, Jakarta, Senin, 7 Oktober 2019.
Dia mengatakan pengemasan minyak goreng perlu dilakukan agar sisi kesehatan bisa dipenuhi. “Kalau pemain curah itu kan kemasannya sederhana, 1 liter atau 1,5 liter. Supaya higienis, jangan sampai pakai curah-curah itu tidak sehat malah,” kata dia.
Menteri Perdagangan Enggartiasto Lukita memastikan mulai 2020, seluruh penjualan minyak goreng akan menggunakan kemasan bermerek yang dilengkapi dengan komposisi kandungannya. Rencana ini akhirnya diterapkan setelah beberapa kali molor.
“Seluruh produsen sepakat wajib menjual atau memproduksi minyak goreng dalam kemasan dengan harga yang sudah ditetapkan pemerintah,” kata Enggar dalam acara Peluncuran Wajib Kemas Minyak Goreng di Sarinah, Jakarta Pusat, Minggu, 6 Oktober 2019. “Jadi jangan ada lagi peredaran minyak goreng curah di seluruh pasar, warung, dan toko.”
Enggar mengatakan, Kementerian Perdagangan telah membicarakan kebijakan ini dengan sejumlah produsen minyak goreng. Para produsen ini pun kemudian sepakat untuk menyetop penyaluran minyak goreng curah lalu menggantinya dengan kemasan atau mesin penyalur minyak goreng sederhana. “Mereka bersedia mengurangi labanya,” kata Enggar.
Nantinya, kata Enggar, minyak goreng kemasan ini akan dijual dengan Harga Eceran Tertinggi yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Perdagangan yaitu Rp 11.000 per liter. Adapun dalam acara peluncuran ini, para produsen mengadakan bazar dan menjual minyak seharga Rp 8.000 per liter.
Kemendag optimistis minyak goreng kemasan ini akan lebih diminati lantaran selama ini, minyak goreng curah kerap kali dijual lebih tinggi dari harga yang ditetapkan. Sementara, minyak goreng kemasan tidak akan bisa melakukan praktik tersebut lantaran akan mudah ketahuan. “Kalau jual lebih tinggi, akan ditegur,” ujarnya.
Kebijakan ini diambil karena berdasarkan penelitian Kementerian Perdagangan, tidak ada jaminan kesehatan pada minyak goreng curah. Selain itu, minyak goreng ini juga ditengarai tidak higienis karena digunakan berulang kali. “Kadang ditempatkan di wadah berwarna hitam agar terlihat bening,” kata Enggartiasto.
